Support a specific area of our work
In general, we prefer supporters to donate to our general fund. This is because it allows us to make sure we can
spend donations on the areas of our work that are most essential to reaching our vision of beating cancer.
However, we know that you may want to be more specific about which area of our funding portfolio your donation is ring-fenced to and we are happy to accommodate this where possible.
You can support particular areas of our research portfolio, for example, a particular type of cancer or research location.
Types of cancer
We have two partnerships which raise money for research into specific cancer:
- The Bobby Moore Fund tackling bowel cancer
- The Seve Ballesteros Foundation on course to beat brain tumours
Or you can support a specific research project through our MyProjects website. This allows you to donate to a number of different cancer research projects, including breast, bowel, lung, prostate, skin cancers, and childhood leukaemia.
You can also speak to our Supporter Services team on 020 7121 6699 to arrange for your donation to support our research on a specific cancer type.

We carry out high-quality research across the UK through our core-funded research institutes and research grants.
